70% toward acquisition and 100% of construction costs typically provided. 

Arrangement fee 2% with annual rates ranging from 5% - 15%, depending on leverage, scheme and experience. 

Exit fees may apply and are typically between 1% - 2% of the loan.

70% LTGDV and 90% LTC often achievable.

Mezzanine Finance

A "top up loan" by way of 2nd charge 

A great way of maximising your leverage.

The blended rate of Senior and Mezzanine debt can often prove more favourable than that of stretch senior facilities.
